Ohh well see the photoes down below to understand more! Pictures are worth a thousand words!
The Landry - They have about 10 tonnes (if I remembered correctly) of laundry to do every single day! Imagine that.
Their procedures and organisational chart are neatly displayed.
They sort out their laundries and it goes into these huge blue bags. It'll dump the clothes into the big industrial washing machine.
After washing, the laundries are put into the industrial driers. It'll come out in a neat compressed bundle when it's done.
Next up, its the ironing and folding machine where the worker has to hook two sides of the bedsheet and the machine will do the rest.
Below is the ironing machine for pillowcases:
Here's the laundry room for their hotel guests as well as for their staffs. Their staff are entitled to have 2 sets of uniform cleaned by this laundry department each week.
It's cool to see the whole shirt being ironed in 30 seconds by the shirt ironing machine!
The shirt is fold by the worker's hands though. They are very skilled and the shirt looks just like a brand new one still in its packaging.
Next stop is the SnoWorld's behind the scenes. Artificial snow can be produced with compressed air and cold water. As you can see they use industrial air compressors (Brand: Ingersoll Rand).
Photoes are usually prohibited inside SnoWorld, but if you follow this tour, photoes are allowed.
Their specs became blur when they came out of the cold room! haha..
Next is our favourite place - it's making your own food - Donuts and Sushi Bento!! We got to make our donuts, put all the fillings in and eat it.
The chef demonstrates how it's done..
AAAAAANNNNNDDDD.. it's our turn!!
This is what I made..it looks sooooo delicious and trust me, IT DOES! It tasted so good that I'm still dreaming of eating it today!
Here's my selfmade bento too!
Thanks for reading this post, hope you find it interesting and informative.
Byes~
