Random Bit of Everything: The Laughing Monkey Cafe - [the coffee brewer on wheels!] @ #FoodHuntersFestival: Return of the Vendors

Met up with my super old friend, May Wern that I've known her for twelve years (and still counting) by dropping by her cafe on wheels! - The Laughing Monkey Cafe @ the Food Hunters Festival: Return of the Vendors in Encorp Strand Mall, Kota Damansara for 28th February and 1st March 2015. Here's what her truck and menu looks like for that day:

I am not a coffee person and thank god there's something non-coffee - Iced Chocolate and Iced Milky Caramel. Look at the pro brewing the coffee! Here's their facebook page to follow where their location is (I hope they update their location weekly now):

I'm gonna enlarge the photos for this because it's the only one that caught my eye as my lunch's main - Marilyn's Tuna Melt Thumbs up to the crispy outer layer of the bread and I loved the mushrooms!!
